Sitaare Zameen Par Box Office Collection Day 4: चौथे दिन भी छाई सितारे जमीन पर, आमिर खान की फिल्म ने की इतनी कमाई

SITAARE ZAMEEN PAR has seen a good weekend with excellent collections on Saturday and Sunday as both both got 20 crore nett days with Saturday at 20 crore nett and Sunday going to 25.5-26 crore nett. The Sunday numbers could have been better but they slowed in the evening and night shows but that is there most of the time unless there is a holiday the next day. It hardly makes much difference to the overall picture as Sunday growth still is very good.

The film has put up a weekend of 56 crore nett and is sure to hold on Monday with this trend. A number similar to the first day would be good as then the film will have the potential to do a number which will not only be very good for the content but also justify the presence of a star like Aamir Khan. The Monday numbers should confirm the HIT status of the film.

The Sunday numbers were also good in the mass circuits as Rajasthan picks up over 1 crore nett and a circuit like Gujarat which tends to be less for Aamir Khan starrers has also done well on Saturday and Sunday especially for the zone of the film. They are not huge numbers here but good enough to suggest that the film is a little more than just a five city film. The NCR belt is fantastic and Mysore has seen superb numbers especially on Saturday and Sunday. The film picked up around $3 million overseas with a strong Gulf thous US / Canada should have done better.

SITAARE ZAMEEN PAR has collected good numbers in overseas with a $3.10 million total but more should have come due to the presence of Aamir Khan. In India, the genre and limited commercial elements come in the way of a strong initial but its a less of a factor in Overseas. The film has scored well in Gulf with almost $1.3 million but the US/Canada market should have been more as it is less than Gulf at around $1 million. 

LAAL SINGH CHADDHA had open at around $3.75 million when the business in India was only 29 crore nett. Meanwhile, SITAARE ZAMEEN PAR stands 56 crore nett plus which is almost double of LAAL SINGH CHADDHA but overseas collections are less. In Gulf, it has scored over the 2022 film but the in rest, the figures were lower. LAAL SINGH CHADDHA had Kareena Kapoor who is a draw overseas and that could be a reason but the difference should not be this much.

The worldwide numbers of the film are 95 crore and the film seems set for a long run so the numbers will pile up. For comparison the worldwide weekend for LAAL SINGH CHADDHA was 64 crore and SECRET SUPERSTAR was 46 crore.
