The film collected 12.75-13 crore nett on its third Friday which is an all time record and it beat the records of BAAHUBALI 2: THE CONLCUSION and PUSHPA 2 - THE RULE by a distance. BAAHUBALI 2: THE CONLCUSION was 10.10 crore nett while PUSHPA 2 - THE RULE was 10.35 crore nett.

CHHAAVA has beaten these records by a margin and more than, the film is rock steady as it had a similar number to Thursday. The film is certain to beat the weekend records of PUSHPA 2 - THE RULE as the growth on Saturday is insane again. The week could be tougher as PUSHPA 2 - THE RULE had the advantage of Christmas over the weekdays. But the lead over PUSHPA 2 - THE RULE over the weekend will be huge looking at the potential Saturday number. Not only Friday but the Saturday trend also looks stronger.

The India vs New Zealand cricket match on Sunday could be a dampener for the collections but it should recover post the weekend like it did last week. The match hits peak collections on the Sunday with lower collections from 2 pm onwards. The plus is that this could be the reason why the film is getting huge growth on the Saturday. CHHAAVA stands at 380 crore nett till date and should cross the 400 crore nett mark today.
