PUSHPA 2 - THE RULE (Hindi) showed growth of around 10% on Tuesday as it was the day before a big national holiday for Christmas. The film collected 10.25 crore nett which is almost the same number as the third Friday. This takes the film to 637 crore nett and 650 crore nett will be crossed today, on Christmas Day.

The third week has an incredible total of 71.75 crore nett which is already the highest total ever for a third week and there are still three days to go and one of these days is a big holiday. It looks like a third of 95-100 crore nett which will beat the long standing record of BAAHUBALI 2: THE CONLCUSION by leaps and bounds.

The film faced the competition of MUFASA: THE LION KING on Friday and today it will be BABY JOHN but it's just business as usual for PUSHPA 2 - THE RULE, as if those films don't even exist. From here on, there will be no competition in the next few weeks and it will easily cross the 700 crore nett mark. It now remains to be seen how higher it goes. Where the final collections land will be known after the New Year as that's when a drop in collections will come though with this film you never know.

PUSHPA 2 - THE RULE has hit the 1000 crore mark across India as collections stand at 1010 crore nett plus after twenty days of release. The India GROSS is 1220 crore and there is a further $28 million in overseas (236 crore) which puts the film on a worldwide total of 1456 crore till date.

The only other films to have crossed 1000 crore nett are BAAHUBALI 2: THE CONLCUSION and PUSHPA 2 - THE RULE will go on and beat the numbers of the Prabhas-starrer by a margin. There was a different tax structure at the time of BAAHUBALI 2: THE CONLCUSION but PUSHPA 2 - THE RULE will also beat the S S Rajamouli period film in terms of the GROSS number as well.

The highest original Hindi film grosser released in multiple languages ​​was JAWAN which did a little over 600 crore nett and the highest of 2024 before PUSHPA 2 - THE RULE was KALKI 2898 AD which was also a little over 600 crore nett. It will be no surprise if PUSHPA 2 - THE RULE  does a double of these two films.
