Noted English actress-screenwriter Phoebe Waller-Bridge will be seen in an upcoming film Rule Breakers also starring Ali Fazal. Formerly known as Afghan Dreamers, the film explores themes of resilience and defiance in Afghanistan.

Ali, who has been seen previously in international projects like Victoria & Abdul and the acclaimed series Furious 7, is keenly looking forward to his collaboration with Phoebe. “I am thrilled to be a part of Rule Breakers and to share the screen with such a talented actress as Phoebe Waller-Bridge. This project resonates with me deeply, and I believe it’s crucial to tell stories that highlight the strength and resilience of individuals in challenging circumstances. Directed by American filmmaker Bill Guttentag, the film is based on the inspiring true story of an all-girls robotics team from Afghanistan called Afghan Dreamers. The film throws light on the chaotic, sometimes dangerous backdrop of the country’s politics.
