VICKY VIDYA KA WOH WALA VIDEO saw a drop of 60% on Monday which is more than it should be. The film collected 2.25 crore nett on Monday taking the total of the film to 20 crore nett plus in four days. The trend was not strong over the weeeknd but if the film could have held at 50% down, it could have got a decent run and gone towards the 50 crore nett. But that will not happen with Monday collections of 2.25 crore nett.

The film will do better than JIGRA but something has gone amiss as the gap should have been more with JIGRA in the Hindi speaking areas. It is probably something to do with the name of the film which has kept families away. The first week here is heading for a 26 crore nett total and then it remains to be seen what the second weekend brings.

The target for the film is probably 40 crore nett which is low though no film of Rajkummar Rao has crossed the 50 crore nett mark outside the STREE franchise. That way. if the film gets to 40 crore nett, its not actually as bad as it looks and its not as if this film has bigger scale than others in the same zone. Its just the success of STREE 2 pushes up expectations and these are not valid unless the film is actually good.
