DEVARA - PART 1 (Hindi) collected in the 8.25-8.50 crore nett range in its second weekend taking its overall total to 51 crore nett in ten days. The drop is there in the second weekend as the film goes down 70%. But it was a pretty good initial weekend and then the aid of a national holiday made the film an AVERAGE fare.

The film has another four days to collect and should manage a 13-14 crore nett plus week but collections will be hard to come by post the second week due to new releases. The two new releases are not huge to totally stop a film but the problem is appreciation is missing for DEVARA - PART 1. As a result, the new releases will hit hard.

The plus will be the Puja period in East India over the next few days which can push the weekday collections but West Bengal is the biggest beneficiary of Puja and the film does not have good collections there. Bihar and Odisha should get some advantage. The film could still get to 60 crore nett but that looks to be the best case. The film collected around 28-29 crore nett across India on all versions to have an all India total of  nearly 230 crore nett apprx.
