KILL collected 1.25 crore nett on Monday which is pretty much the same as the first day which was a must for the film if it is to get some sort of respectable total. The film had a decent trend over the weekend for the genre and although the Saturday jump would have been expected to be more, it was actually pretty good for the genre.

The problem remains the opening which still leaves collections at a very low level. The film should hold over the weekdays post the Monday to get to around 11 crore nett for the week. There have been some films like LAAPATAA LADIES, SWATANTRYA VEER SAVARKAR and MADGAON EXPRESS, which looked like going nowhere but eventually managed some fair numbers as we had that dull period post Eid. But this situation is not here with KILL. It was actually not there with those films either but the Eid releases tanked so badly.

KILL is now depending on where the second Friday lands if it is get some sort of respectable lifetime number. If the film can go up on the weekdays that may helps its case with showcasing in the second week.
