KALKI 2898 AD (Hindi) collected an excellent 65.75 crore nett in week two taking its two week total to 222 crore nett. The second week is easily the best of the year beating the 38 50 crore nett of FIGHTER. The film did see dropping collections over the weekdays but that was likely as its mainly a big centre film now.

The film has seen a drop of showcasing on Friday which will hit the collections but even still occupancy is pretty good. Is going to give the new releases a run for their money and maybe even lead the box office on its third Friday though due to showcasing, there will be a considerable drop in collections.

The film should get to 250 crore nett in time though it could take a couple of weeks as the weekly drops are going to there. The film has generally done well everywhere and it will be an interesting comparison with RRR (Hindi) as KALKI 2898 Ad has far better collections from the South in Hindi.
