Ishq Vishk Rebound's biggest advantage is that it's a rare urban romcom of Bollywood. We haven't had a theatrical film of this kind in a long time. It's a light-hearted flick with no bloodshed or tense scenes and that also goes in its favour. The plot is interesting while the intermission point is unexpected. However, the film goes downhill in the second half. Certain equations are not established at all. Also, the film moves at a very fast pace and it seems like the makers recklessly chopped off some scenes. The climax is just okay. Rohit Saraf enhances the film with his performance. His cute looks also go in his and the film's favour. Pashmina Roshan is strictly okay and needs to polish her acting skills. Jibraan Khan puts up a confident act. Naila Grrewal is a fine talent but she's sadly wasted. Kusha Kapila, Shataf Figar (Sahir's father), Supriya Pilgaonkar (Sanya’s mother), Akarsh Khurana (Raghav’s father) and Sheeba Chadha do well. The songs are well-infused but they don't seem to have a shelf life. All in all, Ishq Vishk Rebound is an average flick.
