SALAAR has grossed a decent 190 crore worldwide so far in Hindi and will comfortably go past the 200 crore mark and the Hindi collections of SAAHO while it has already beaten ADIPURUSH. There is not much demand of Hindi versions of South films in the overseas markets unless the franchise is strong. So, the story for SALAAR mainly becomes about all languages.

Basically the film is competing to become the number one South Indian film of the year in terms of worldwide collections. It is easily the biggest Telugu film of the year but there are two films from the Tamil industry above it. JAILER tops at 605 crore apprx while LEO is second at 595 crore apprx. The collections of SALAAR stand at around 553 worldwide (all versions) after two weeks.

In India, SALAAR has beaten both these films comfortably but as there is a far larger Tamil diaspora overseas as compared to Telugu, it is well behind JAILER and LEO overseas. The 600 crore worldwide mark may prove difficult with a lot depending on where the Hindi version ends as that is where most of the collections will come from here on.
