SALAAR (Hindi) had a fair second weekend of 22 crore nett plus which takes the film to almost 116 crore nett. The holds are decent and they are good in context how the film has dropped in the South. The film is on its way to becoming the biggest South Indian film of 2023 in India though worldwide, there is still some way to go.

This Hindi version is holding by far the best but even here, its important where the collections land post New Years Day. The film should cross the numbers of SAAHO (Hindi) but with SALAAR, the expectations were higher due the film being from the director of the KGF. At the same time, there was a clash with DUNKI which brings these expectations down.

The film has fared best in the Gujarat/Saurashtra and CP, CI, Rajasthan belts. The stronger areas for South film films like Maharashtra and Odisha opened very well but have not held as well as they should have.
