HANUMAN (Hindi) continues to do well as it collected almost 5 crore nett in its third weekend with the competition of FIGHTER. This takes the film to 44 crore nett and it should be a comfortable 50 crore nett for the film.

The target of the film will be to cross the business of 12TH FAIL which stands at almost 56 crore nett  though that film has a 6 crore nett contribution from South while it is minimal for HANUMAN. The all India business of the film is nearly 170 crore nett and with the Telugu version in Nizam/Andhra being strong, it could go to 200 crore nett.

The Telugu industry has some of its biggest releases in this early January period with Sankranthi normally in the second week. This small film, HANUMAN, is on its way to being the highest grosser from the Telugu industry on Sankranti despite many big releases before. If it reaches the 200 crore nett mark, it will be the eighth Telugu film to do that after BAAHUBALI: THE BEGINNING, BAAHUBALI 2: THE CONCLUCION, SAAHO, PUSHPA: THE RISE - PART 01, RRR, ADIPURUSH and SALAAR. All these have released in many other languages and all have good Hindi contribution. The highest one language is ALA VAIKUNTHAPURRAMULOO with around 190 crore.
