SAM BAHADUR did very well on its third Friday as the film jumped again like the previous week and collected a solid 2.25 crore nett which now takes the film to over 64 crore nett. These numbers mean a very good third week though it will be shortened by the release of DUNKI on Thursday.

The film may have been a HIT if it was a solo release but that we will never know. The film offers little for the wider audience but has done well in Mumbai city, Pune, Bangalore and Delhi NCR. Kolkata and Hyderabad are the metros which could have done better.

The 75 crore nett mark now is easy for the film and it should be there by the end of the third week and then remains to be seen if it can get any collections post the Christmas releases. The third week collections of the film can be up there with the likes of OMG 2 and TU JHOOTHI MAIN MAKKAAR which is very good considering it could have been out now against such formidable competition.
