ANIMAL had another huge day as it collected 26.50 crore nett on Wednesday. The drop is more than Tuesday but these drops are going to be there for a film which is collecting these crazy numbers on the weekdays. Eventually when second Friday comes, the 20 crore nett number is the target for the biggest blockbuster films and till date it has never been done.

The total collections of the film are 266.50 nett in six days and its heading for the 290 crore nett mark for the first week which will be the third best of all time. If we compare the Wednesday collections with the other biggies, then ANIMAL is far better than PATHAAN and JAWAN but less than GADAR 2. but GADAR 2 had its fall on Thursday and eventually Friday was near the 20 crore nett mark.

The plus for ANIMAL is the mass appreciation as collections in mass centres are huge and these mass circuits are heading for higher numbers than jawan. Eastern India could have been a bit better but North and Central are phenomenal. It remains to be seen if the second week can hit a record and Friday will tell if it has a chance.

The dubbed version has added around 2.75 crore nett with the Telugu version in Nizam/Andhra collecting well again. The dubbed version collections are 35 crore nett plus giving the film a 301 crore nett total on all formats.
