Actor Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter, Suhana Khan, is all set to make her foray into acting with the highly anticipated web film, The Archies. What’s more interesting is that it has been revealed that SRK himself will be making a special appearance in the project.

The team and the OTT platform haven’t confirmed the development. However, according to an insider, SRK is deeply connected to the movie as it marks Suhana’s entry into the industry. “He wanted to be part of the project in some way, due to which he has a special connection to it,” the source discloses. While the details of his role have been shrouded in secrecy, the insider mentions, “He has either a cameo appearance or he is onboard as a narrator in the web film.”

The news has created an air of intrigue and anticipation, as the team associated with the project has kept his involvement under wraps. “The whole team is hush-hush about his involvement, as they want to keep it a surprise. That being said, it will definitely be a special one for him and his fans,” the source adds.

The Archies is not only significant for Suhana but also marks the acting debuts of several other young talents, including actor Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson, Agastya Nanda, and late actor Sridevi’s younger daughter, Khushi Kapoor. Directed by Zoya Akhtar, the web film is based on the Archies comics and is slated for release in the OTT space in December.
