The film collected well over the weekend and then the Raksha Bandhan period really helped the business on the weekdays. The Monday hold was pretty good also. These states may well have some leftover on Friday in terms of the holiday period so that can help collections on the second Friday also. There is also the big cricket match between India vs Pakistan on Saturday which will hit collections but the match is in Sri Lanka. So, there is always a chance of weather playing spoil sport for the match which will be a good for DREAM GIRL 2.

The first week has put the film in a good position. If the film can put up a 20 crore nett plus figure up in the second week, it will likely emerge a HIT film.
