SATYAPREM KI KATHA did well on Saturday as it collected 9.50 crore nett and taking its three day total to 24 crore nett. The growth on Saturday was over 50% which is very good and gives the film a chance to work. It was crucial the film went above the first day number on Saturday and it has managed that.

The film still has a long way to go but its in a decent position after three days and with Sunday to come its going to collect around 35 crore nett over the extended weekend which is a healthy number and good in terms of business scenario today. SATYAPREM KI KATHA also made ground in Gujarat/Saurashtra on Saturday as collections in this region trended better than the national average. Though considering the film has a heavy Gujarati flavour, the collections are still on the lower side in the state.

The film is not faring well in the Eastern side of India with even a metro centre like Kolkata not doing too well. Bengaluru, which normally behaves similar to Kolkata, is much better. CI is also better but this is the case with most films of Kartik Aryan whether they do well or not.
