Earlier in January, singer-rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh introduced actor-model Tina Thadani as his partner at an event in Delhi. However, the lovebirds parted ways earlier this month. The estranged couple even unfollowed each other on social media and deleted pictures of each other. Ironically, Singh and Thadani started dating in April last year. The break-up comes exactly a year later.

In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Singh hinted at the break-up while speaking about an album that had to be reworked. “I was in love and made a romantic album, but unfortunately, it didn’t continue (the relationship), so I had to flip the album,” the musician said.

An industry insider close to the two confirms the break-up and says, “They wanted different things in life. While they are currently dealing with the break-up maturely, both need time to heal. Tina is heartbroken and trying to focus on her work. Honey is not shy talking about the break-up. He has informed everyone about it.”

When we contacted Thadani, she said, “I don’t really want to talk about it.”

The Desi Kalakaar musician, on the other hand, didn’t respond to our query despite repeated attempts.

Last September, Singh’s divorce from his ex-wife, Shalini Talwar, went through. They tied the knot in 2011.
