In her latest film, Chiranjeevi-starrer Waltair Veerayya, actor-singer Shruti Haasan shot for a song against a snow-capped mountain. While she was in a white and blue saree, her co-star wore a blazer, T-shirt and denims. Recalling the experience, the actor recently admitted “it’s really difficult” to dance in the snow in just a saree.
During an interaction with her fans, Haasan said, “I don’t like dancing in the snow. It’s really difficult. The hero can wear a jacket. We don’t even have a jacket, coat, shawl. [We have] absolutely nothing except a blouse and a saree, in the snow.” A clip of the same has been doing the rounds on social media.
Requesting filmmakers to stop making their female actors go through this, the Veera Simha Reddy actor added, “I would like to make a petition, a request and ask people to stop doing that. I just did recently (the song; Sridevi Chiranjeevi).”
Meanwhile, the actor recently wrapped up shooting her part for the upcoming Telugu film, Salaar, co-starring Prabhas.
