BHOLAA did pretty well on Saturday as multiplexes did well for the film to edge past the first day numbers which were aided by a partial holiday. The film collected around 10.50-10.75 crore nett on Saturday to take its total to over 27 crore nett for the first three days. The growth from Friday was around 60%.
The Sunday is crucial for the film as mass circuits are underperforming. The collections in UP were still around 20% below the first day and a circuit like CI is yet to see the film hit 50 lakh on any day and a film in this zone with Ajay Devgn should easily be doing that. There is a Ramazan hit which is affecting single screens and smaller multiplex business in many centres. It could even be that the original film from South has travelled and been consumed in these areas leading to lesser collections.
The better collections of the film are coming from Mumbai, Delhi NCR and East Punjab but that has to change as UP, Rajasthan Bihar have to do better on Sunday.
The three day collections of BHOLAA are as follows.
Thursday - 10,25,00,000 apprx
Friday - 6,50,00,000 apprx
Saturday - 10,50,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 27,25,00,000 apprx
