Delhi High Court Restrains 'Rogue' Websites From Streaming Brahmastra

BRAHMASTRA (Hindi) scored a very good third weekend of 20.25 crore nett weekend thanks to a big boost in collections on cinema day. The collections, however, held up very well after the huge Friday when they could have easily dropped.

The film did drop heavily on Saturday outside the metros and mini metros but they came back up on Sunday. The film is standing at 213.50 crore nett after the third weekend and could rack up good numbers on the weekdays as exhibitors experiment with lower pricing. The Hindi version now has the potential to go to 240 crore nett or even higher though a lot depend on what happens when VIKRAM VEDHA releases.

The weekdays will have rates at Rs.112 though it wont have the same affect as cinema day as that was one day and a Friday too. Here its a longer period. This pricing is the lowest it can be without falling into the higher GST slab. So if this was done on Friday the collections could have been higher for all films on that day which had problem with capacity especially Brahmastra.
