Actor Athiya Shetty and cricketer K L Rahul’s impending wedding later this year has been the talk of the town for a while now. They plan to tie the knot at Athiya’s father, Suniel Shetty’s farmhouse in Khandala (Maharashtra), reported Pinkvilla.

They have decided to not opt for any luxurious five-star hotel. In fact, the wedding organisers recently visited the bungalow for a recce. Their relatives and friends have been requested to keep their dates free from the end of December to the first week of January.

Suniel recently confirmed their wedding and said that the dates were becoming an issue due to Rahul’s chock-a-block schedule. “I think jaise hi bachhe decide karenge. Rahul ke schedules hain. Abhi Asia Cup hai, World Cup hai, South Africa tour hai, Australia tour hai. Jab bachhon ko break milega tab shaadi hogi. Ek din mein shaadi nahin ho sakti na?” he had said then.
