DOBAARAA saw a huge crash in collections on Monday as it collected 20 lakhs nett. The film was only released in theatres as the streaming giants are insisting on theatrical releases before digital. It will be said that this film is for digital but the fact is bad films don't work anywhere.

The film has grossed 2.70 crore nett so far and the first week will do a little under 3.25 crore nett. The lifetime will probably struggle to hit the 3.50 crore nett mark.

The collections of DOBAARAA for the first weekend are as follows.

Friday - 70,00,000

Saturday - 90,00,000

Sunday - 90,00,000

Monday - 20,00,000

The dubbed film from South KARTHIKEYA 2 did very well in Maharashtra and Gujarat over Janmashtami period but Gujarat dropped on Monday. The film has collected in the 1-1.25 crore nett range on Monday which takes its total collections to 14 crore nett.

The second week of the film will be around 12 -13 crore nett which is pretty good and the film should cross the business of ROCKETRY: THE NAMBI EFFECT which will make it the best performer from South after KGF - CHAPTER 2, RRR and PUSHPA: THE RISE - PART 01 in recent times. Obviously the gap between those films and KARTHIKEYA 2 is huge as this film is more of a moderate success compared to those films. The way it went up over the first three days, it really looked it would break out and go somewhere but it was not to be.
