Karan Johar’s landmark birthday bash was nothing short of a Bollywood blockbuster. The party had the biggest stars at their blingiest best, sashaying on the red carpet, along with a splash of vibrant colours, a grand décor that blended with the theme and every other element that made this the party of the year. 

Bling was the theme of the evening, and everybody, including Karan, followed the dress code. The evening saw Hrithik Roshan and Saba Azad make their first red carpet appearance. While they have been indulging in playful banter on social media, this is their first appearance at a filmi do.

While Alia Bhatt was away shooting, Ranbir Kapoor was accompanied by his mom Neetu Kapoor. Ranveer Singh, too, was spotted sans wife Deepika Padukone, who is currently a jury member at the Cannes Film Festival.

Among those who joined in to raise a toast to Karan were Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri with Aryan and Salman Khan, who walked into the party way past midnight. Aamir Khan and his former wife Kiran Rao walked in together.

B-Town jodis who added much dazzle to the evening were Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan, Mira Rajput Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor, Riteish and Genelia Deshmukh, Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi, among others.
