PUSHPA: THE RISE - PART 01 picked up well on the first day to record collections around 3 crore nett. These are good numbers for this type of dubbed film. The film hardly had any collections in the multiplexes in the morning but they picked up but it is single screens where the collections have come from.

The collections coming in from Maharashtra and CP, CI single screens are very good and this is what is helped to push the film to the 3 crore nett mark. The figure could even go higher as the final numbers from Mumbai circuit could easily go to 1.50 crore nett.

The collections from North are low with Delhi NCR and East Punjab contributing far less though some single screens in Delhi city have got decent collections for this type of film. The Telugu feel of the film comes in the way of the film collecting here but this is more readily accepted in Maharashtra. The film is being driven by mass pockets in the West and if multiplexes can pick up well over the weekend, then the film can actually do a good final number.

Actually even the single screens can take it to a decent number as the pick up is very solid and the other films around it and to come are very much targeted to the multiplexes.

PUSHPA: THE RISE - PART 01 collected 3.25 crore nett plus in its Hindi version across India. The total was 4 crore nett plus if we include the Telugu version playing in Hindi circuits which collected around 80 lakhs nett. The film was slow to start in the morning in most circuits but areas where it started a little better in it took off post afternoon.

The collections of the film were hardly looking around 1.50 crore nett at best when the collection from various places came in the evening but the figures from single screens in Maharashtra, Gujarat and Odisha took the film to a different level. A circuit like CP Berar has collected 44 lakhs and normally this circuit is in the same range as Rajasthan which is just 14 lakh. This reminds of the time when Rajinikanth made Hindi films years ago and CP Berar would be Delhi/UP and East Punjab put together despite the circuit being so small in value.

The other plus was Gujarat/Saurashtra which collected 50 lakhs nett and Odisha which collected almost the same as West Bengal. UP and Bihar were pretty good also while the poor collections came in North India with Delhi NCR and East Punjab and this is comparative to other circuits as for a dubbed Telegu film, you can even call East Punjab/NCR okay as well.

Below are the territory figures of the Hindi version of PUSHPA: THE RISE - PART 01 across India. The numbers do not include Telugu version playing in Hindi circuits which actually had better occupancy.

----------------------------
PUSHPA: THE RISE - PART 01 collected a huge 44 crore nett across India with Nizam/Andhra, the local market, leading the way. This market actually could have done better but ticket pricing issues in the state seem to have come in the way. The collections were huge in and around the Hyderabad area but other cities in Andhra are lower than some other recent Telugu big openers.

The collections are the highest post the pandemic as it beat the 35 crore nett of VAKEEL SAAB which is another Telugu film. Though if we look at gross figures, then Hollywood release SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME had the highest GROSS before the release of PUSHPA: THE RISE - PART 01. PUSHPA: THE RISE - PART 01 in gross terms will be 50-51 crore against the 41 crore of SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME.

The Hindi version of the film started very slowly but some circuits especially ones dominated by single screens showed huge jumps. The business of the film was totally dominated by single screens and local multiplexes. The three big national chains gave just a 15% share of all India business as less showcasing. Normally even the best single screen performing film gets a 33% ration from these national chains.

Below is the all India collections of PUSHPA: THE RISE - PART 01 on day one and the Hindi circuits include collections from the Telugu version and its the same for all other circuits and the collections are from all languages from all circuits.
