After almost three weeks of home quarantine, it’s showtime for Amit Sadh again. Earlier this month, the actor had tested positive for Coronavirus when the cast and crew of Breathe -  Into The Shadows were screened before the filming of the third season. Sadh, now fully recovered, is ready to reprise his role of cop Kabir Sawant.

“Essaying a character like Kabir Sawant gives you a lot to explore as an artiste. There are many nuances and beats to catch in such a show because one needs to maintain the thrill, suspense, and drama all through the episodes,” says the actor. For him, shooting for the Amazon Prime Video crime thriller is one of “the most liberating processes.”

The second edition of the Abhishek Bachchan and Sadh-starrer set the stage for a subsequent season. Asked whether his character will again be on a cat-and-mouse chase with Bachchan’s character, he says, “I cannot reveal details right now, but one can expect more drama.”
