SHANG-CHI AND THE LEGEND OF THE TEN RINGS saw a 50% drop in collections on Monday as it collected 1.50 crore nett to take its four day total to around 12 crore nett. The drop was sort of expected due to the business on Saturday and the ratio of business coming from South which drops faster. Generally Hindi circuits are also down 45-50% also while South is down 50% plus. The film may hit a week of close 15.50 crore nett.
FAST & FURIOUS 9 held a little better as it collected 1 crore nett but the collections are lower. The drop here is around 40% from Friday and is day five for the film. The hold is better as its doing better in dubbed versions and business is better than SHANG-CHI AND THE LEGEND OF THE TEN RINGS in smaller centres. The drop in Gujarat is just 25% from Friday. The total business of the film is 9 crore nett and the eight day week should go to 11.5-12 crore nett.
BELLBOTTOM picked up 30 lakhs nett on its third Monday and the film is holding up on low levels. The drop is just 10-15% from Friday. The film should finish the week with 29 crore nett business and go to 30 crore nett plus in the long run.
