Sunny Leone is back in Kannada cinema after six years with a special song in the movie Cottonpete Gate. The film, directed by Y Rajkumar, is also being made in Telugu as Seethannapeta Gate. This will be Sunny’s third song in Sandalwood after Sesamma (2014) and Kamakshi Kamakshi (2015).

Talking about the track composed by N S Prasu, filmmaker Kanakapura Srinivas says, “It will be a racy number that will connect with the younger audience. We were initially planning to shoot this song in March, but had to postpone the same due to the lockdown restrictions. We will now be shooting it at the end of this month in Hyderabad. The film has newcomers, Yaashvan, Venu and Kislay Chaudhary, playing lead roles. So, having someone as popular as Sunny Leone making an appearance will help us draw the audience’s attention.”
