SHUBH MANGAL ZYADA SAAVDHAN had a decent weekend of 30.75 crore nett though the growth on Sunday was limited. The fair value collections of the film are 7 crore nett on Friday,10.50 crore nett on Saturday and 11 crore nett on Sunday. So there was decent growth on Saturday.

The weekend number is good for the film though bigger numbers on Saturday and Sunday would make you confident of strong weekday numbers while its difficult to tell now. The film has done will in Delhi NCR, East Punjab and Rajasthan. Generally North has done well and some parts of Rajasthan behave like North which has probably enabled that circuit to do well. There are no issues with recovery for this film as it got around 40 crore for its satellite and digital rights but that does not mean much in terms of appreciation and for that, it needs to sustain at the box office

The Monday number is very important for the film and just a decent hold would probably make it an average. If it can drop under 50% drop from Friday, it could even have a chance of being a HIT as there is limited competition next week.
