MALANG had a fair Monday as it collected 4 crore nett to take its four day total to 28 crore nett. The drop on Monday is under 40% which is a good trend for a Monday especially for a film of this genre and released on 2700 apprx screens. The first week is heading for 38-39 crore nett business

The film has held well on Monday but the problem becomes that low weekend business as the film needed a 30 crore nett weekend and then this sort of hold would actually be taking it somewhere. The Monday hold keeps the film in the race but cannot afford to drop over the weekdays and then  a strong second weekend. Valentines Day on Friday should give it a boost and the second weekend has to be in double digits.
