TANHAJI: THE UNSUNG WARRIOR has extraordinary collections in the third weekend of 25.50 crore nett which is the fourth best number ever after BAAHUBALI 2: THE CONCLUSION, DANGAL and PK. In Maharashtra, it has the best third weekend ever as its ahead of BAAHUBALI 2: THE CONCLUSION in the state. The film is like a GADAR or BAAHUBALI in Maharashtra. The only film in the last 30 years or so which can be called bigger than TANHAJI: THE UNSUNG WARRIOR in Maharashtra is HUM AAPKE HAI KOUN and then GADAR, BAAHUBALI 2: THE CONCLUSION and TANHAJI: THE UNSUNG WARRIOR are the same range.
The total collections of the film are almost 219 crore nett in 17 days and it looks to be heading for that 260-270 crore nett range. The film could have done 300 crore if the film had worked good in North but the collections there are just about decent. Delhi and East Punjab being low is no surprise but the film should have done better in UP at least.
The collections of TANHAJI: THE UNSUNG WARRIOR are as follows.
Week One - 1,15,28,00,000
Week Two - 77,87,00,000
Friday - 5,00,00,000 apprx
Saturday - 8,50,00,000 apprx
Sunday - 12,00,00,000 apprx
Third Weekend - 25,50,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 2,18,65,00,000 apprx
