MARJAAVAAN saw a big drop in business in the second week as it collected just 4.50 crore nett taking its ten day total 42 crore nett. The film did not do well in metros in week one so the drop there was always likely but it had a similar drop in mass markets as it lost single screens to PAGALPANTI.

The film was showing 80% plus drops in places like Rajasthan, CI and Maharashtra and it had to maintain better in these markets. The film also did not grow much on Saturday but the Sunday growth was solid. The 50 crore nett mark looks a tough target now with this drop and it looks a 46-48 crore nett finish for the film depending on what sort of collections come next week.
