The new Hindi releases had very dull collections and it was Hollywood release MALEFICENT: MISTRESS OF EVIL which had the best collections even though they were also very poor. LAAL KAPTAAN was the best of Hindi films but it had a far better release than the other releases. The collections of the film are a total disaster going even lower than the likes of THE ZOYA FACTOR and PRASSTHANAM released a few weeks back.

The film P SE PYAAR F SE FARAAR got 20 lakhs nett on day one but this film had block bookings of 10 lakh prior to release at a big national multiplex chain. All the Hindi releases and MALEFICENT: MISTRESS OF EVIL do not stand much chance at the box office. There could be some growth on Saturday but that will be it.

Maleficent: Mistress of Evil - 70,00,000 apprx
Laal Kaptaan - 50,00,000 apprx
Ghost - 35,00,000 apprx
P Se Pyaar F Se Faraar - 20,00,000 apprx

GUMNAAMI, JACQUELINE I AM COMING, JUNCTION VARANASI, LIFE MEIN TIME NAHI HAI KISI KO, OFFICER ARJUN SINGH IPS and YAARAM all had collections in the 0-3 lakh nett range.
