SUPER 30 had good collections in the second week with 37.25 crore nett apprx and the film is a HIT unless the third Friday goes below 1 crore nett or something which is very unlikely. The total collections of the film so far are over 112.50 crore nett.

The drop in the second week is just 50% which is good and the film has a chance to chase down the number of GULLY BOY which is a film in the same zone. There are tax exemptions in a few states and they will be helping but it will be 3-5% at best as the taxes going to state governments are minimal now unlike the case a few years back.

The film is best in Mumbai and Mysore but it will not reach the numbers of GULLY BOY in Mumbai city or Bangalore. But places like Bihar, Rajasthan and Gujarat will be better than GULLY BOY even though the collections in these places are not too good.

SUPER 30 has held well again on the third Friday as collections are down only 50% from last Friday. The collections were 62% down on the second Friday but the film made good gains over the week to come just 50% down on the week. There were a few tax exemptions for the film coming in which would have helped a little but not to a major extent.

SUPER 30 collected around 2.25 crore nett to take its lifetime total to 115 crore nett and the film should do final business in the 135-140 crore nett range. It is on course to beat the NETT figures of GULLY BOY though the GROSS numbers may not beat. If it reached 140 crore nett then even the GROSS numbers will be better than GULLY BOY but not not at 135 crore nett.
