SHADAA had a strong second week as it collected 8.25 crore nett to take its two week total to almost 25.75 crore nett. The film is already the second highest NETT grosser ever for the Punjabi film industry and now chases the 33.50 crore nett of CARRY ON JATTA 2 which is the highest ever for a Punjabi film.

The two week numbers of CARRY ON JATTA 2 were 26.50 crore nett as that film had collected 10 crore nett plus in week two as it was the open week before Eid and RACE 3. It will probably be difficult for SHADAA to catch CARRY ON JATTA 2 as had its first noticeable drop on Monday. The film should cross 30 crore nett and become the second film to do so but 33-34 crore nett number may prove difficult.

The film has scored Overseas with around 14.50 crore which takes the worldwide number to nearly 45 crore nad it will be the second Punjabi film to cross 50 crore worldwide.
