Bhumi Pednekar, who has half-a-dozen films on hand, considers herself fortunate to share screen space with three young talents in B-Town — Ayushmann Khurrana, Vicky Kaushal and Kartik Aaryan.

Bhumi told After Hrs, “Ayushmann and I have done three films (Dum Laga Ke Haisha, 2015, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan, 2017 and the forthcoming Bala). We share a great equation as co-stars and as friends. I’m guessing this is why people have appreciated our on-screen chemistry as well. We get along like a house on fire,” she says.

Of course, the talented actress is pairing up with Vicky and Kartik for the first time. Talking about them, she says, “I’m excited to team up with Vicky (for a horror flick, bankrolled by Karan Johar) and Kartik for the remake of Pati Patni Aur Woh. Both these actors have had a good run at the box office and they have made a strong impact with their talent. I’m doing different work with both. So, the audience will get to see diverse sides of me in the respective films.”

Having made a niche for herself, Bhumi is happy with the movies that she is doing. “As an actor, I’m happy with the films that I’m getting because these are exactly the kind of projects that I want to do as an artiste. It’s amazing to collaborate with such fantastic actors who bring so much diversity on screen,” she signs off.
