DE DE PYAAR DE had a decent second weekend of 13.25 crore nett but its held like it could have as business in the Hindi markets is not upto the mark. The film has grossed around 70 crore nett plus over its first ten days and seems to be a film heading for somewhere in the region of 90 crore nett.

The drop in business from the first weekend is a little over 60% which is good but the drop is less because the first weekend was on the lower side. If we compare the figures of the film with LUKA CHUPPI which is a smaller film but of a similar genre, then DE DE PYAAR DE will be beating that film only in Mumbai and East Punjab. These two circuits will be ahead by good margins but all the rest of the circuits will be less than LUKA CHUPPI. The lifetime of DE DE PYAAR DE is also sure to fall behind RAID.
