Salman Khan has been shooting for Ali Abbas Zafar’s directorial, Bharat, with Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani, Sunil Grover among others in Mumbai. The film is currently in the last leg of its shoot. Now, Mirror has learnt that the Eid release will not just be in Hindi but also be dubbed in Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu. In fact, the team is considering releasing the film in other Indian languages as well to reach a pan-India audience.
A source close to the development says that the idea is to make this Salman’s biggest international and Indian release to cater to his fans across the country. “They are scouting for dubbing artistes in different languages to lend their voices to various characters,” adds the source.
Last six days of shoot is left before the film wraps. A set depicting Delhi, where the team had filmed earlier, has been put up at Mumbai’s Film City. “The set which cost Rs 10 crore will be destroyed as part of the climax,” informs the source.
Meanwhile the actor has been putting in extra hours at the gym for the action-packed finale which will have some daredevil stunt sequences. “A day long shoot on February 14, Valentine’s Day, will see Salman and Katrina reuniting with Jackie (Shroff), Tabu and Sunil (Grover) for a dramatic sequence. Salman and Katrina recently shot an elaborate wedding song which was preceded by another big song featuring Salman and Disha,” the source concludes.
