SIMMBA slowed down considerably in the fifth weekend as it collected in the 70 lakhs nett range which has takes the film to a little under 239 crore nett. The drop is over 80% from last weekend due to two major releases and a holdover like URI going so strong.

The best case scenario for the film is a 240 crore nett finish as the film is on its last legs. Mumbai will finish at a huge 89 crore nett which is the seventh highest ever and only 14 crore nett less than DANGAL which is the record holder for an outright Hindi film. BAAHUBALI 2: THE CONCLUSION is at a different level altogether with double the business of SIMMBA in Mumbai circuit.

Delhi/UP is looking to finish at 50.50 crore nett which is pretty good for a film which is a remake of a South film and has the look of a South/Maharashtra film.
