MANIKARNIKA - THE QUEEN OF JHANSI (Hindi) held firm on Tuesday with collections dropping only 5% from Monday which means that the Tuesday collections are still more than 50% of the first day. It collected 4.25 crore on Tuesday to take its five day total to 49 crore nett. The film would have been struggling if Tuesday had fallen 10-15% but this drop keeps the film in the race especially as there is limited competition in week two.

If the film can keep the drops in the 5-10% range over the next two days it would be a pretty good trend over the weekdays. The first week is looking to be 56-57 crore nett which looks decent enough but when you factor in the big Republic Day holiday the collections are on the lower side.

The film is looking to do AVERAGE business and it will the second Friday which could change this either for the better or ever for worse.
