The new Hindi releases faltered on Saturday as the collections of MOHALLA ASSI dropped a little and PIHU could not get gains. MOHALLA ASSI which had most of its collections in UP on day one saw a drop in the area on day two. The film has collected just 55 lakhs nett in two days.

The collections MOHALLA ASSI till date are as follows.
Friday - 30,00,000 apprx
Saturday - 25,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 55,00,000 apprx

PIHU grew just 10% on its second day which is poor for a content film. The film has costs of under 5 crore including marketing so there is not much to cover but if the film could have done 8-10 crore theatrically it would have been a decent result but that looks tough as the audience has not come on Saturday.

Friday - 45,00,000 apprx
Saturday - 50,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 95,00,000 apprx

FANSTASIC BEASTS: THE CRIMES OF GRINDELWALD showed a good upturn on day two as it went up around 40%. The first day was on the lower side so the overall Saturday number is still low but the growth is decent. It has collected 7 crore nett plus in two days plus previews on Thursday.
