Kareena Kapoor Khan will be seen next in two projects, both of which are backed by Dharma Productions. She begins shooting for Raj Mehta’s Good News where she is paired opposite Akshay Kumar from December-end, followed by Karan Johar’s magnum opus Takht, which goes on floors next August. Now, we hear the actress has been offered a few other projects. A source says, “One of them is a dark comedy. The woman-centric drama is set in a small town in UP and Kareena’s role is that of a village belle.”

The light-eyed beauty, who just returned from a holiday, is yet to get a narration of the film. The source adds, “Kareena will decide once she hears the script. She will wrap up work on Good News around March. Before Takht takes off, she has a four-month break where she plans to schedule another movie. But as of now, she hasn’t signed anything else.”
