SATYAMEVA JAYATE has done well over its extended weekend as it collected 50.50 crore nett. The film has done well to be just 20 crore nett less than the bigger film GOLD over the first five days. The film also recovered on Sunday as mass centres went strong again.

The film has done very well in UP, Bihar, Rajasthan, CP Berar, CI, Nizam Andhra and Gujarat. Barring UP and Rajasthan it has managed to collect more than GOLD in the above circuits over the five day period. The trend has been so so after the first day but it did see a recovery on Sunday. Due to the big five day total the film does not need to much over the weekday period and if it sustains it will turn out to be a major HIT.
