In the last few days, several Bollywood celebrities have turned proud owners of new homes. While Shahid Kapoor recently got himself a plush residence in Worli worth Rs 56 crore, Priyanka Chopra has also reportedly picked up a stake in a high-rise coming up in Versova. And now, Tiger Shroff, too, has got himself a new abode.

Unlike reports which state that the Baaghi 2 star has bought a spacious eight-bedroom apartment, he has apparently booked three flats in Rustomjee Paramount in Khar West. While one of them is on the ninth floor with a carpet area of 1,500 sq ft, the other two are on the 21st floor measuring 1,900 sq ft and 2,100 sq ft, respectively.

The young actor has reportedly invested a lot of money in these three acquisitions. Says a source, “The flat on the ninth floor cost him Rs 7.61 crore (approx) while the cumulative price of those on the 21st floor is Rs 22.33 crore. Along with this, the stamp duty cost him another Rs 1.55 crore. Overall, Tiger has shelled out around Rs 31.5 crore.”
