PARMANU has managed to hold well in the weekdays to record a fairly good first week of 34.50 crore nett. The weekend was low at around 20 crore nett but it held strongly to add 70% business on the weekdays. It is the highest first week collection for a solo John Abraham film.

The film is doing well in the three major circuits of Mumbai, Delhi/UP and East Punjab but despite the strong weekday holds the second Friday is of huge importance to the film as there are two new releases. Also, in Punjab and Delhi where it is best, it will face further competition from CARRY ON JATTA 2 which is a big Punjabi release.

The second week is crucial to the fate of film as although its done well to get to 34.50 crore nett in week one its not a big total so it has to go on and do well till the release of RACE 3.

RAAZI had a super strong hold in week three as it dropped under 50% again and grossed 18 crore nett. The second week drop was 39% and the third week drop is 48% which is excellent trending. The total of the film stands at 108.75 crore nett after three weeks and remains to be seen how well it can hold in week four as there is some competition this week with PARMANU likely to hold screens and two new releases.
