Lawrence Bishnoi's close aide had done recce of Salman Khan

Sampat Nehra, a close aide of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, had done a recce of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s Mumbai residence in May, Haryana’s special task force (STF) said in Gurgaon on Saturday. Bishnoi had earlier issued a threat to the actor.
Nehra, who was picked up from his hideout in Hyderabad last Wednesday, was taken to Gurgaon on Saturday. He was planning a second recce of the house before executing his plan and leaving the country, DIG Satheesh Balan said.
“He surveyed Salman’s house and watched his movements when he came to the balcony to wave to fans. Nehra had taken photos of the house and was trying to assess the distance to the balcony,” Balan said. He had threatened to attack the actor in January, apparently over the blackbuck poaching case.
