HICHKI has had a decent first week of 26 crore nett after a poor start when it released. The film picked up on Saturday and maintained very well on Monday and then towards the end of the week the holiday factor helped on Wednesday evening and Thursday.

The film has fared best in Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata and Bangalore with West Bengal the best circuit comparatively. The first week figure of MARDAANI which was the last Rani Mukerji starrer was 22.94 crore nett . So the film is 14% up on that film in the first week.

There is BAAGHI 2 to contend with this week but that film has a different target audience and that limited audience for HICHKI in the metros may not be too interested in a film like BAAGHI 2. So it could still continue to go strong in week two. There is also the Good Friday holiday to help.

RAID has sustained well in week two with collections of 25.75 crore nett which is a 57% drop from the first week. the total of the film is now nearly 85.50 crore nett and the film has good chances of emerging a HIT as long as there is not a huge fall in the third week. The also got a boost on Wednesday evening and Thursday due to the holiday factor.

BAAGHI 2 will affect this film in the A centers but on Friday it will have the holiday to see it through to a decent number. The collections of RAID till now are as follows.
