Kareena Kapoor will be inaugurating the 10th edition of the 2018 Bengaluru International Film Festival with Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah today. The 37-year-old-actress will also be giving an opening speech around ‘Human Rights and Social Justice’ which is the theme of the festival this year, apart from interacting with filmmakers over a luncheon. With nearly 200 films from 50 countries, the festival will run from February 22 to March 1 across Bangalore and Mysore.
“When Kareena was invited to the International Children’s Film Festival in Hyderabad in 2015, she enthralled the audience with an impromptu dance performance with the kids. This time, she’s travelling alone, while her actor-husband Saif Ali Khan looks after their one-year-old son Taimur,” a source says.
