Ayesha Takia, who made her comeback by featuring in the music video of “Zindagi Tujhse Kya Karen Shikvey” from the album Zindagi Yeh Zindagi, is now planning to open a vegan restaurant. “The menus are ready and we’re doing tastings. We have booked a place but are trying to find a name. We plan to launch it very soon. It’s something I’ve always wanted to do,” she informed.

Ayesha, who is making her comeback with Borivali Ka Bruce Lee, has been a vegan since the last seven years. “Vegan is both the practice of abstaining from the use of animal products, particularly in diet, and an associated philosophy that rejects commodity status of animals,” she explains, adding that a fashion line is also in the works.
