After Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor welcomed baby boy Taimur last December, the Pataudi family has some more good news to share. Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu are set to turn parents. The actor-couple tied the knot in 2015 in an intimate ceremony after a year-long engagement and a longer courtship.

Kunal, who was shooting in Hyderabad for Golmaal Again, told Mirror, “Soha and I are really excited but we still have a while to go and really need everyone’s good wishes and blessings. Our families and friends are overjoyed for us. This is going to be the start of a new phase in our lives and we feel very lucky to experience this.” Grandmom-to-be Sharmila Tagore added, “I am very happy with the news.”

The Pataudi household is gearing up another tiny bundle of joy. Four months after Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan became parents to a baby boy, the family is set to welcome Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu’s first child. While Soha’s bump has now started showing, apart from the glow, Kunal confirmed the pregnancy news in a statement. “Soha and I are very happy to announce a joint production coming later this year — our first child! We feel blessed and thank you all for your good wishes.”

A few months ago, there were rumours of trouble between the couple. However, Kunal rubbished the buzz, saying, “What! Why is my marriage in trouble? Why am I heading for divorce? Am I in a different reality, or the people reporting this nonsense?” Soha and Kunal tied the knot in January 2015.
